1. Order Modifications

We understand that sometimes you may want to make changes to your order.

Once an order has been placed, modifications are not possible.

If you wish to change your order, you may cancel it and place a new one according to your preferences.

2. Order Cancellation

Your convenience matters to us. If you need to cancel your order:

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

After cancellation, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

3. Refund Policy

4. 15-Day Return Policy

Prepare Your Return

Gather the items you wish to return.

Take clear photographs of the items for documentation purposes.

Return Procedure

Locate Your Receipt: Retrieve the original receipt emailed to you upon order confirmation. This contains your unique order number.

Request Return: Share your order number, item photo(s), and reason for return via email. A customer service agent will review your request and send a return form.

For multiple items, submit a separate form for each item.

Return Approval: Once your request is approved, you will receive a separate email within 24 hours with:

5. Shipping & Delivery
Local Shipments:

We may partially ship your local order.

Each item will be shipped on its estimated shipping date, as displayed on the website at the time you placed your order.

You can track your individual shipments with the provided tracking information once your order is shipped.

International Shipments:

International orders will ship only once all items in your order are ready.

The shipment will be based on the latest estimated shipping date of any item in your order.

International orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days after dispatch.
